SHIPPING & DUTIES

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We offer worldwide international shipping with a fixed cost of 35 USD. We provide free express shipping on orders over 299 USD. Delivery takes approximately 7 business days, depending on the shipping address. During special dates or holidays, delivery may take a bit longer.  
Please note that some countries may experience delays due to customs and local postal services.  
All international shipments are sent from Bali, Indonesia, via DHL Express. Once your order is placed, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can check the status of your shipment on DHL's website.  
To avoid confusion, please ensure that you provide a clear and complete shipping address, including house number and postal code.  
Carefully verify the delivery address, phone number, and email address provided in your order.  
Once your order has been dispatched, it is not possible to edit or cancel your order.

DOMESTIC ORDERS IN INDONESIA & BALI: 

SHIPPING IN BALI:
Free shipping on all orders within Bali.  
Orders within Bali may take up to **3 business days**, but typically they are delivered the same day or the next day (except for pre-order items).

REST OF INDONESIA:  
Orders within Indonesia may take up to **3 business days**, but generally, they are delivered sooner.  
The standard shipping cost in Indonesia is **USD 6.00**.

 

TAX & DUTIES:

The customer is responsible for paying any applicable import taxes in their country. We recommend considering these possible additional charges before making your purchase.  
Gaia does not calculate or collect import duties, and we are not responsible for any duties imposed by the customs authorities in your country.  

Unfortunately, we cannot confirm the exact customs fees, as each country has its own rules and regulations for importing goods, and these can change at any time. For more accurate information, we suggest you contact your local customs or tax office.
United States: Allows tax-free imports up to USD 800.
Australia: Allows tax-free imports up to AUD 1,000.
New Zealand: Allows tax-free imports up to NZD 1,000.
Costa Rica: Allows tax-free imports up to USD 500.

Please note that we do not accept "Return to Sender" shipments to Bali due to Indonesia's strict import regulations. If you refuse the shipment and do not pay the duties, the costs associated with returning the package to our office in Indonesia will be deducted from any available refund.
