We want you to love your GAIA piece as much as we loved making it. Please read our policy before purchasing — if you have any questions, we're always happy to help before you place your order.

GENERAL POLICY
GAIA does not offer cash refunds. All approved cases are resolved via store credit.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If something arrives damaged or defective, we'll make it right. Just send us an email at info@gaiaislandlabel.com within 7 calendar days of receiving your order, including your order details and a photo of the issue. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible to arrange a replacement.
To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.


SIZE EXCHANGES

Within Indonesia: We're happy to help with size exchanges. Just reach out and we'll find the right fit for you.

International orders: We currently don't offer size exchanges for international orders due to shipping and customs limitations. We recommend checking our size guide carefully before purchasing — and if you're unsure, don't hesitate to contact us before placing your order. We're here to help you get it right the first time.

 

GOOD TO KNOW

  • All requests must be made within 7 calendar days of delivery.
  • Shipping costs for exchanges are at the customer's expense, unless the item is defective — in that case, we've got it covered.
  • Once your exchange is approved, pack your item securely and ship it to the address we provide, along with your proof of purchase.
