EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Please read our exchange and return policies carefully before making a purchase.

Gaia does not offer cash refunds; our policy is store credit only.  

EXCHANGES

We do not accept exchanges or returns. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please send an email to info.gaiaresortwear@gmail.com with your order details and a picture of the defect within 7 days of delivery, so our team can arrange a replacement as soon as possible.  

Our exchange policy lasts 7 calendar days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer an exchange for the product you acquired.  

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, with all original tags and appropriate packaging. Additionally, you must provide proof of purchase within a maximum of 7 calendar days.  

If you wish to exchange a purchased product (for a different size or color) or are not satisfied with your purchase, you can email us at info.gaiaresortwear@gmail.com or message us on Instagram and we will follow up on your case. You will receive a response within a maximum of 2 business days.  

After receiving approval for your exchange or store credit, please pack your item securely and send it to the address provided once your request is accepted, along with the original proof of payment.  

Shipping costs for exchanging an item are at your expense unless the exchange is due to a defect or faulty product. In that case, Gaia will cover the shipping cost.  

Depending on your location, the time required to receive your exchanged product may vary.
