Where are the orders shipped from?
All our international shipments are dispatched from our warehouse in Bali, using DHL Express.
Can I modify my order before it is shipped?
You can only modify your order if it has not yet left the warehouse. Once orders have been dispatched from our warehouse, they cannot be canceled or modified. We recommend carefully reviewing your shipping address, size, color, and any other details before completing your purchase.
Can I exchange items or request a refund?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please email us at info.gaiaresortwear@gmail.com with your details and a photo of the issue within 7 days of delivery, so our team can arrange a replacement as soon as possible. After 7 days, replacements will not be accepted.

How do I receive store credit for my exchange and how do I use it?
If the exchange is approved for a defective product and you have selected the store credit option, we will send you a gift card code via email. You can use this code at checkout; it will be valid for 2 months. The store credit will be sent to the email address used to process the original order.
My item arrived damaged or defective, what should I do?
We apologize in advance if this happens. In the event that it does, please email us at info.gaiaresortwear@gmail.com with your details and a photo of the issue within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve it promptly.
We reserve the right to determine if the issue is a genuine defect.

Can I exchange an item on sale?
Items on sale cannot be exchanged. All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Yes, we have a size guide. You can view the details here. If you have specific questions about an item that are not listed in the product details section, please contact our customer service team.
Do you offer returns or refunds?
Gaia does not offer cash refunds; our policy is store credit only.
We may offer an exchange or store credit in case of a defective or faulty product.

My package is delayed, can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, shipping delays are beyond our control and are common in today’s world. As a result, Gaia cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the courier service once the order has left our warehouse. For more information, we recommend contacting the customer service department of the courier service.
