Where are the orders shipped from?
All our international shipments are dispatched from our warehouse in Bali, Indonesia, using DHL Express.
Do you have a size guide? Where can I find it?
Yes! You can find all the details in our Size Guide. If you have specific questions about a piece that aren't covered there, don't hesitate to reach out — we're happy to help you find the perfect fit.
How do I choose the right size?
For our knitwear, keep in mind that by nature, knit fabrics tend to stretch and give over time. We recommend considering the fabric's elasticity when choosing your size — and if you're between sizes or prefer a more relaxed fit, we suggest going up a size.
For swimwear, if you're between sizes or prefer more coverage, we recommend sizing up as well.

How long does shipping take?
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Here's a general estimate:
- Within Bali: Same day or next day
- Rest of Indonesia: Up to 3 business days
- Australia: 3–5 business days
- Rest of the world: 7 business days
Please note that during holidays or peak seasons, deliveries may take a little longer. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a DHL tracking number to follow your shipment in real time.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on your location:
- Bali: Free on all orders
- Indonesia: USD 6
- Australia: USD 20
- Rest of the world: USD 35
And the good news — free express shipping is available for orders over USD 199 to Australia, and over USD 299 for the rest of the world. All international orders are shipped via DHL Express from Bali, Indonesia.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Orders can only be modified before they leave our warehouse. Once dispatched, we're unable to make any changes or cancellations — so we recommend double-checking your shipping address, size, and color before completing your purchase. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible at info@gaiaislandlabel.com or vía WhatsApp.
Can I exchange items or request a refund?
We don't offer cash refunds, but don't worry — all approved cases are resolved via store credit. If your item arrives defective or damaged, we'll make it right. Just email us at info@gaiaislandlabel.com within 7 calendar days of delivery with your order details and a photo of the issue, and our team will take care of it. Requests made after 7 days cannot be accepted.

How do I receive store credit for my exchange and how do I use it?
If the exchange is approved for a defective product and you have selected the store credit option, we will send you a gift card code via email. You can use this code at checkout; it will be valid for 2 months. The store credit will be sent to the email address used to process the original order.
My item arrived damaged or defective — what should I do?
We're sorry if this happens — it's the last thing we want for you. Email us at info@gaiaislandlabel.com within 7 calendar days of delivery with your order details and a photo of the issue, and we'll work to resolve it as quickly as possible. Please note that all cases are reviewed by our team to confirm the defect.

Can I exchange an item on sale?
Unfortunately, sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. If you have any questions about sizing or a specific piece before purchasing, we're happy to help — just reach out before placing your order!
